Privacy Statement

This is the Privacy Statement of Quadriz Paraguay S.A. (“QUADRIZ”) and Investancia Paraguay S.A. (“INVESTANCIA”) regarding the privacy of information that they may collect on the Chaco Alert website (the “Site”). This Privacy Statement only applies to information collected on the Site and does not apply to information collected by other methods in connection with the Chaco Alert program. The Site is for information only: it cannot be used to request the Chaco Alert service or emergency assistance. Please do not submit health information or other sensitive personal information through the Site.

Collection of Information 

When you choose to request information through the Site, QUADRIZ and INVESTANCIA may collect information from you such as your name, email address, telephone number, your organization’s name and your comments or questions. The information is used to respond to your request and keep the related correspondence, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a relationship. If you do not provide the information needed to contact you, we may be unable to respond. The Site may also collect technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the Site on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining its security and functionality. We will only use information collected on the Site for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement.

Disclosure of Information

At no time will QUADRIZ or INVESTANCIA sell or broker any of the information that they receive from you through your use of the Site to third parties.
